The Kirovograd region is one of the five best regions of the country in terms of commissioned residential real estate, correspondents of the resource report.Viktoria Kulikova, Head of Regional Construction Management, Architecture and Urban Planning. During the reporting period of the first nine months of this year, about 730 residential buildings were put into operation throughout the region, their total area was about 94 thousand square meters, which is more than 260 percent higher than the indicator that was registered over the past year, noted local real estate market analysts.
In terms of commissioning of residential real estate, the region is included in the five best in the country. Until the end of November, it is planned to introduce a residential building on the territory of Alexandria into operation. Local state programs also provided significant support for the construction of housing in the region, in particular, we are talking about the State Foundation for Housing Construction. In the region they continue to increase the rate of construction. Among other things, information was received that about 14 loans were provided for individual suburban construction, the total amount of loans has already exceeded 750 thousand hryvnias. About 577 thousand hryvnias were attracted from the state budget. A little more than 174 thousand hryvnias were allocated from the regional budget. The region plans to continue to increase the pace of residential real estate construction, with the support of government programs and relevant structures.
