The construction industry as the flagship of the country’s economy

Mykola Azarov constantly focuses on the fact that the Ukrainian construction industry must certainly be the flagship of the country’s economy, at the same time, real indicators for the sale of objects on the real estate market not only do not increase, but even fall. Despite the fact that the government scares our compatriots by limiting the circulation of cash in foreign currency, this did not affect the total sales of real estate. No sharp jump has been demonstrated. This is primarily due to the fact that a large number of Ukrainian residential real estate do not meet the quality standards that are accepted in Europe. After receiving the keys, most of our compatriots have to think about carrying out repairs. Some domestic builders allow themselves such that nothing fits into the framework. There are two options for the development of events – to carry out repair work on your own, or to purchase an apartment with an already completed repair. However, calling it a refurbishment is a bit of a stretch. During their implementation, only cheap building materials are used.
