On October 18, the Moscow Committee for Architecture announced a competition for the development of an urban planning project for the Voikovsky district in the north of the capital.
The area of the projected territory occupies more than 63 hectares. The boundaries of the projected area pass between the Leningrad highway, Staropetrovsky crossing, st. Priorova and st. Kosmodemyansky.
In the project, it is necessary to distribute in percentage terms common areas, cultural heritage sites, capital construction zones and natural areas of limited use. The project must necessarily contain proposals for the protection of the environment and the development of the transport system.
The initial stage will require an inventory of all dilapidated and dilapidated buildings and the identification of sites for the construction of the first stage. Another step could be the installation of economy class metal doors in new buildings. Designers must carefully analyze the territory of the projected site, its land use, transport links and building structure. Next, it is necessary to develop the construction of new facilities and engineering communications.
For the development of the project, the city budget will allocate about 11 million. rubles. Project preparation time – 410 days. Applications are accepted until November 19, 2012.
