No need to try to become an unemotional person. Any emotion is completely normal. And any emotions, of course, need to be given an outlet. It helps the body to release excess tension. But the release of emotions must be kept under control. They should not offend the dignity of the surrounding people, as well as violate the norms of morality and rights.

You can even change your emotions a little. Although this will require special skills of self-regulation. For example, you experience negative emotions towards a colleague with whom you work. Clearly define what exactly does not suit you, what exactly causes you negativity. And then in the correct form you can tell your colleague about it. Sometimes it happens that it is after this that tension and negativity pass.
