Construction of a unique shopping center called “Forum Lviv” continues in Lviv. It is planned to open this process only in the first quarter of the next 2015. Andrey Sadovy, mayor, hastened to announce that about 1,000 jobs are planned to be created within the new shopping center.
For this period of time, all construction work is actually at the stage of construction of a concrete monolithic frame. The estimated investment value of this complex is more than 90 million euros.
Financing is carried out by UniCredit Bank. The peculiarity is that the shopping center is a specialized project of the EBRD.
The design of the Shopping Center was carried out by T + T Design, which is an internal architectural bureau of the Multi Development enterprise. For this, a whole concept was developed, which was fully integrated into the urban structure.
It is assumed that Forum Lviv will be able to be certified in accordance with BREEAM international quality standards. It should be noted that it is becoming more widespread in European countries, but in Ukraine it has never been used.
